We are very pleased to announce the planned opening of a brand new store in Roscoe Village on the first day of Spring.
The Cottage Gate Gift Shop will open on Friday, March 20th at 413 North Whitewoman Street in the former location of The Garden Gate Shop (which will re-open here on April 1st.)

On March 6th a great new play is opening at the Triple Locks Theater in Roscoe Village. And the Old Warehouse has been freshly renovated into the great new Warehouse Steak-n-Stein Restaurant – with an entirely new menu of terrific food.

Uncorked will host the next wine tasting in Roscoe Village on Wednesday, February 25th.
A free event open to all, this week’s tasting begins at 6:00pm with a sampling of some of the best values and tastes from California.

New play opening in Roscoe Village

The Triple Locks Theater in Roscoe Village is continuing its 60th season with a new production of Rumors on March 6th.
A reprisal of one of Neil Simon’s funniest plays, Rumors is a fast-paced comedy about four couples invited to a wedding anniversary party.
When they arrive they discover their hostess ”missing” and their host with a fresh bullet wound to his ear lobe. The gunshot is self-inflicted and so is the hilarity, as all four couples scramble to protect their host by concealing the incident from each other — and the outside world.
Rumors opens on Friday March 6th and it is the can’t-miss production of the Triple Locks season. Additional performances are scheduled for Saturday March 7th and each weekend March 13th & 14th, and March 20th & 21st. Pianist Dan Barnes is appearing in Roscoe Village Tuesday night.
Uncorked Wine & Coffee Bar will present Dan Barnes tickling the ivories from 7:00 -9:00pm on Tuesday February 17th.
And Tuesday night is one of the best nights to tickle your palate at Uncorked. Every Tuesday at Uncorked is “No Corkage Fee Tuesday” when more than 200 bottles of wine are available at your table with no corkage fee.

Half-Price burgers every Tuesday

Due to overwhelming popular demand, Half-price Burger Night has returned to Lock 27.
Half-price burgers are a local tradition in Roscoe VIllage. In accordance with tradition, all burgers on P.R. Nye’s Lock 27 menu are half-price every Tuesday night after 4:00pm.
P.R. Nye’s Lock 27 Tavern is located in the lower level of the Warehouse Steak-n-Stein restaurant.

New Warehouse & Lock 27 Menus

The Old Warehouse Restaurant in Historic Roscoe Village is newly renovated and open every day.
Now named the Warehouse Steak-n-Stein, this landmark Ohio restaurant has a completely new interior and an entirely new menu of great food.
P.R. Nye’s Lock 27 Tavern in the lower level is also completely remodeled with a lively new bar, large flat screen TVs and more comfortable seating for groups and families.
The Warehouse Steak-n-Stein is open every day from 11am to 11pm. (Sunday until 9pm.)

Prime Roscoe Village retail space available

Two prime storefront locations in Roscoe Village Ohio are available for rent beginning in March 1, 2009.
Both retail spaces are at street level in the most-visited section of Historic Roscoe Village – directly across the street from the landmark Warehouse Steak-n-Stein restaurant.
Addresses available are 315 and 317 North Whitewoman Street and were formerly occupied by The Garden Gate shop which has moved here.
