We were told we would have to pay to enter and that we could have 1-1.5 hours and then we would have to return to the front gate to exit and we would then be given back the entrance fee. I think the entrance fee to attend a craft fair on a public street is unfair. Those people stand at the front gate guarding the entrance like vultures wanting your $3 to enter. Totally ruined our experience and left a negative memory of Roscoe Village for all of us. Wont be returning next year, I am not paying money to enter a public street for a craft fair. And I did call the person with the hat and boots on friday and he had no idea what I was talking about.
