To the joy of all Roscoe Village fans, the most exciting new store in the village opened last month.

Named for the historic Medbery Hotel, which once occupied its 19th-century building, Medbery Marketplace is a combination deli and market featuring fresh sliced meats – and the county’s largest selection of local Amish and artisan cheeses.

Operated by the owners of the famous Unusual Junction, Medbery Marketplace is a treasure trove tasty of treats, from jams and jellies to hams and deli goodies.

With fresh-squeezed,  real lemonade and FREE SAMPLES of all local Amish and artisan cheeses available to every visitor, it’s easy to see why we think Medbery Marketplace is the best thing to happen in Roscoe Village since the Warehouse Steak n’ Stein opened in 2008.

We loved your new shop and hope to come back soon! You have a wonderful assortment of items. We sat outside and munched on dried squash chips–delightful! Much success to you.
